
Ever notice that every voice mail system tells you to listen to all options because their menu has changed?
No matter if it was your first call to the business or you've been calling for 5 years. The same message. The same options. Press one for xyz, press two for billing, press zero to reach an operator. And so on.
If you really want people to listen to options, change up the menu every few hours. Keep us engaged. Annoyed, sure. But fully engaged.
