Chocolate cake or ice cream for breakfast?

Study shows eating chocolate cake or ice cream for breakfast may help improve mental performance. The reports are going around social media boasting chocolate cake is a good breakfast and ice cream is good for mental performance.

Yoshihiko Koga, a professor at Tokyo's Kyorin University, claims that eating ice-cold food immediately after waking up shocks the brain into an active state, increasing alertness and mental capacity. People who ate ice cream first thing experienced an increase in high-frequency Alpha waves, leading to boosted alertness and reduced mental irritation, The Daily Telegraph reported.

According to a recent study from Syracuse University, chocolate may help brain activity and cognition. The researchers had participants perform specific tests and in a long study showed this is a result, “Chocolate intake was significantly and positively associated with the Global Composite, Visual-Spatial Memory and Organization, Working Memory, Scanning and Tracking, the Similarities test (abstract reasoning), and the MMSE.”

Call me a health nut, or risk adverse but I'm not taking any chances. Chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream for me, just to be safe :)

Uh Oh! Your Content Is Not Available Error

What's up with Facebook’s Content Is Not Available message?

I'm sure you've seen this, you're scrolling down the timeline or in a group and see a big message that says, "Content is not available right now."

Maybe this will help you figure out what's going on.

I'll start with the obvious tech support type question, "Is your computer on?" Oh wait, obviously the computer is on or you wouldn't get to the Facebook website :)

Okay step 2, are you using someone else's computer or are you logged in as someone else? Make sure you are logged into Facebook with your own ID.

Seems the most common reason this message appears is the Privacy Settings. When someone creates a post on Facebook, there are settings that let the content be seen only by who they decide. Like only let a specific group of friends see those beach photos; all your friends can see the blind date post except the blind date's friends; only a few specific people who you are close with with can see your medical update. If you originally posted the message, try to edit the privacy settings of the post or media and see if that helps.

The person changed their mind and deleted the original content but before it was deleted someone managed to share it. This happens more than you might think.

Are you blocked? When a user blocks you and a mutual friend shares their content it may be possible to see the message. Usually when someone blocks you, their profile, and status updates are hidden but we're dealing with computers and they can always get buggy.

It's also possible Facebook removed the original post for various reasons or the user's account was closed.

Are you social on social media?

Any of this sound familiar? Do you take surveys about coffee, retirement towns or birthdays? Do you know your forever drinking twin and the warning sign of your hometown?

And do you Share, Copy, Paste, Repost, Recommend your business associates, friends and family to others?

I originally posted this in the comments of a Facebook posting and decided to bring it to here to the 'Steve Miami' blog for additional exposure. Some of you may be aware that I bought a franchise and now book group travel, cruises, all inclusive resorts, etc.. Please consider me when planing your Cruise, vacation to Sandals, or booking a private tour. I'm building up my business and appreciate your support by telling others about my business. The franchise is called -------- and my website is #.
So are you a social media ninja? Quick to share a funny picture. First to answer a crazy survey? You know the people, they're totally networked. They photograph all their meals. Spend a lot of time taking surveys about silly things (also called 'click bait' designed to collect demographics for marketing). They make an effort to search for that perfect MEME or emoji to post. They watch and like all sorts of very cute animal videos, for hours on end. That's why I thought what a great way for friends helping friends using social networking tools that they already love to use (think of that old commercial, "she told two friends, who told two friends and so on and so on"). I apologize for the going off on a tangent, I'm really more curious about the psychology of social media than posting a rant.

My experience of friends clicking my links or shopping on my amazon links or reposting information hasn't had positive results. The friends still post food and pet pictures, search for memes and take surveys but when asked, they rarely post or share something. My requests are usually ignored.
If you can 'copy' and 'paste' a website address (URL) onto your own timeline, in a group, on a message board or in a tweet-you are helping your friends more than you may realize. Word of mouth is a great way to promote something.

Hey I already know that you have an extra 60 seconds or you wouldn't be reading this.
And if you happen to have 2 minutes to spare, a review and some stars on FBwould be great!

Thank you all!
